Quarterly Pest Control
Basic Recurring Pest control service that frequents once every three months.
Service includes removing spider and wasp nests, treating the perimeter of the home, including bushes, bedding’s, exterior windows, doors, downspouts, garage areas, and under splash guards and other areas pests hide. This service includes Free call backs for any issues that occur after a service is completed.
Bi-monthly Pest Control
Basic Recurring Pest control services that frequents every other month, this pest plan is for those who live in areas with increased pest activity or for those who like extra protection for their home.
Service includes removing spider and wasp nests, treating the perimeter of the home, including bushes, bedding’s, exterior windows, doors, downspouts, garage areas, and under splash guards and other areas pests hide. This service includes Free call backs for any issues that occur after a service is completed.
Mosquito Treatments
Mosquito Sprays are provided from March through October
This will assist in the decrease of those flying pests that can be a great nuisance on those warm spring and summer evenings. There is also an Eco-friendly treatment method using the In2Care bait station system that targets mosquitoes and does not negatively impact pollinating insects (bees and butterflies).
We will also inspect the property to find any mosquito breeding grounds or conducive conditions.
Yard Pest Control
Our yard pest control programs run from once a year to Bi-monthly
By the use of granule insecticides we can offer once a year treatments for fire ants or bi-annually treatments for fleas, ticks and fire ants.. We offer free call backs for any issues in between treatments.
Termite Treatments
Termite Treatment takes approximately 3-5 hours.
Our liquid treatment method includes drilling and trenching in the garage and around home to add a termiticide into the ground. A warranty usually comes with this service and a yearly inspection is needed to make sure the job has been effective. We also offer preventative options using the Trelona Annual Bait Station system by BASF. This is a great option if you do not have any current treatment at your property and no current termite activity. The bait stations will be inspected, and the chemical product replaced as needed on a quarterly basis. This can often be economically priced along with a pest control program.
Bed Bugs and Fleas
Bedbugs and Fleas can be difficult to manage.
Our trained staff can educate and assist in helping the homeowner to prepare for adequate treatment as these treatments typically need active participation from the homeowner to successfully eliminate these pests.
